Biography

Legal professional with more than 15 years of experience in legal advice in the tax, corporate and corporate fields. A lawyer from the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, he complemented his training with a Master's Degree in Business Law at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, in addition to specializing in labor and tax law in recognized institutions such as the Academy of Experts and the College of Accountants of Pichincha.

Throughout her career, she has been recognized as an expert in legal advice and sponsorship for public and private entities, both national and international. Her professional experience includes:

• Associate at Santamaria & Jimenez Attorney at Law Co. Ltd. (2002-2008).

• General Manager and Partner of the legal consortium Santamaría & Co. Tax Lawyers since 2008 to date.

His practice includes:

• Administrative advice in proceedings before entities such as the Superintendency of Companies, Internal Revenue Service and Decentralized Autonomous Governments.

• Jurisdictional representation in cases before Administrative, Tax, Civil and Criminal Courts. She has also been a facilitator in mediation and arbitration processes.

• Business reorganization as a member of the boards of directors of various entities, improving administrative efficiency and structural competitiveness.
